Startorch Academy - Rabelle College

Named after Scott Rabelle, the founder of Resonance Curve Theory and inventor of the Rabelle's Curve, this college—also known as the Synchronist Department—identifies and trains Synchronists through uncompromisingly rigorous, data-driven methods.
Access to Rabelle College requires special authorization and is ordinarily closed to students from other departments.
